Sometimes I even measure an existing frame with a ruler before ordering anything new. In the end there is no perfect shop, but some stores are clearly more consistent. I try to look for real photos of the insoles and soles, not only the outside of the shoe. It is always difficult to know which website is really trustworthy before you place an order. When I test a new shop I usually start with one or two items instead of a huge order.

If the first order goes well, I slowly try more products from the same place. Smaller shops can be surprisingly friendly if they care about repeat customers. Cheap frames can look nice at first but bend easily or become loose after a few weeks. If a piece of jewelry keeps its color and does not irritate the skin, I consider it a win. I am still learning and testing different brands and styles over time. I prefer simple designs that do not depend only on heavy filters in the pictures.
